At Anthom Wellness, we offer personalized Craniosacral Myofascial Release Therapy to meet the needs of each individual that walk through our doors.
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle technique used to release tension in the body's connective tissue called the fascia. Myofascial Release (MFR) is a gentle massage technique used to aid in relaxation and releasing sore or tight muscles. Using these techniques together allows the body to reduce tension, create balance, aid in injury treatment, and connect the parts of the body to improve functioning. They have also been shown to improve mental health including release of stress and trauma responses.
Because it is so gentle and non-invasive, CST/MFR is suitable for everyone from newly-born babies to the elderly as well as pre/postnatal clients.
